Concurso de Afiches “TODOS SOMOS VENEZUELA”

La Articulación Internacional de Movimientos y Organizaciones de Los Pueblos a través de su Secretaría Operativa, invita a artistas visuales a participar del primer concurso de afiches que forma parte de la Agenda Internacional de Solidaridad con Venezuela “TODOS SOMOS VENEZUELA”.

Todos los artistas, diseñadores, ilustradoras, dibujantes, fotógrafos que sientan el compromiso y la convicción de apoyar al pueblo venezolano y a la Revolución Bolivariana deben presentar sus propuestas de afiches.

Este concurso se regirá por las siguientes clausulas y condiciones, con el fin de garantizar que la aceptación de las piezas sea realizada en forma homogénea.

1) PARTICIPANTES:

Podrán presentar sus propuestas Artistas Visuales mayores de 18 años, de cualquier nacionalidad excepto venezolana.

Se aceptan únicamente obras de autoría individual, realizadas del año 2012 en adelante.

2) PERIODO Y LUGAR DE RECEPCIÓN PIEZAS:

2.1. Las propuestas de afiches podrán ser presentadas únicamente vía correo electrónico de acuerdo a los requerimientos descriptos.

2.2. Deberán enviarse poster.venezuela@asambleadelospueblos.org con el asunto: “CONCURSO AFICHES TODOS SOMOS VENEZUELA 2017”.

2.3. Las postulaciones serán recibidas desde el 19 de septiembre de 2017 hasta el 9 de octubre de 2017, a las 23:00hrs São Paulo, Brasil (UTC-03:00).

3) TEMÁTICA DEL CONCURSO:

3.1. Las obras deberán estar relacionadas con los objetivos estratégicos del Plan de Acción y Solidaridad Internacional “TODOS SOMOS VENEZUELA” y de la Asamblea Internacional de Movimientos y Organizaciones de Los Pueblos:

a) La Solidaridad Internacional con el pueblo venezolano ante las constantes amenazas injerencistas del Imperialismo estadunidense, del Presidente Trump y de las fuerzas políticas la derecha internacional, organizadas en partidos, gobiernos y medios de comunicación.

b) El apoyo a la Revolución Bolivariana, faro de resistencia y motor de grandes procesos en la lucha por la libertad y la soberanía de los pueblos.

c) El respaldo a la voluntad popular de la mayoría del pueblo venezolano, que ha elegido democráticamente el Gobierno del Presidente Nicolás Maduro, y la Asamblea Nacional Constituyente, presidida por Delcy Rodríguez.

4) FORMA DE PRESENTACIÓN DE LAS OBRAS:

4.1. Cada participante podrá presentar una colección hasta de 5 imágenes propuestas para el concurso. Cada afiche deberá presentarse con la información de la obra:

         a) Nombre de la obra;

         b) Año de realización;

         c) Técnica utilizada.

4.2. Las piezas propuestas deberán ser enviadas en baja calidad (72DPI).
Luego de la preselección, se solicitaran las imágenes elegidas para su tamaño original de impresión A1 (59,4 x 84,1cm).

4.3. Las presentaciones deberán enviarse en un único archivo .pdf. que no podrá ser mayor a 10 megas. El archivo adjunto deberá titularse: apellido_nombre.pdf.

4.4. Los participantes deben enviar una ficha con información personal del autor/a de máximo una carilla, que deberá contar con la siguiente información, respetando los campos y el orden aquí descripto, la ficha deberá estar firmada y aclarada en original:

a) Nombre y apellido;

b) ID/Pasaporte;

c) Fecha de Nacimiento;

d) Ciudad y País de Domicilio;

e) Teléfono celular;

f) Dirección de correo electrónico;

g) Sitio web, en caso de tener.

h) Organización, Movimiento o Colectivo de participación

4.5. Opción de incorporar un texto de hasta 250 palabras que conceptualice el trabajo y ofrezca la información necesaria para su correcta comprensión y cómo ésta se relaciona con los objetivos de la campaña “TODOS SOMOS VENEZUELA”

4.6. También es opcional el envío del Currículum Vitae de una carilla como máximo, que incluya los datos profesionales del artista, su trayectoria y estudios realizados.

5) CONSULTAS:

Todas las consultas deberán realizarse a través de correo electrónico detallado anteriormente, con el asunto: “CONSULTAS CONCURSO AFICHES TODOS SOMOS VENEZUELA 2017”.

6) EVALUACIÓN DE LAS PROPUESTAS:

6.1. Se creará un Comité de Evaluación conformado por la Comisión Articuladora de la Asamblea Internacional de Movimientos y Organizaciones de Los Pueblos (con miembros de organizaciones de 30 países).

6.2. El comité se reunirá entre los días 12 y 14 de octubre, para realizar la preselección de diez piezas que se integraran a las diferentes expresiones artísticas de la campaña “TODOS SOMOS VENEZUELA”.

6.3. El equipo de Secretaría Operativa informará públicamente y a todos y todas las participantes, vía correo electrónico, la preselección de las obras el día 25 de octubre de 2017

7) PREMIOS:

7.1. Las obras seleccionadas participarán de una muestra colectiva durante la Asamblea Internacional de Movimientos y Organizaciones Populares, con premios especiales.

1er Premio: 1 semana de visita a la República Bolivariana de Venezuela, con, pasajes, traslado, estadía, comida y paseos guiados para el (la) artista y un(a) acompañante. Además de la incorporación del afiche ganador a la colección final.

2do Premio: Canasta de Libros sobre la Revolución Bolivariana y incorporación del afiche seleccionado a la colección final.

3er Premio: Canasta de Libros sobre la Revolución Bolivariana y incorporación del afiche seleccionado a la colección final.

9) ACEPTACIONES DE TÉRMINOS Y CONDICIONES: La sola presentación de la propuesta implica la conformidad de la totalidad de las disposiciones del presente Concurso.

INTERNATIONAL ASSEMBLY OF MOVEMENTS AND PEOPLES’ ORGANIZATIONS

First Poster Contest: “WE ARE ALL VENEZUELA”

The International Articulation of Movements and Peoples’ Organizations through its Operative Secretariat, invites visual artists to participate in the first poster contest that is part of the International Agenda of Solidarity with Venezuela “WE ARE ALL VENEZUELA”.

We all artists, designers, illustrators, artists, photographers who feel the commitment and conviction to support the venezuelan people and the Bolivarian Revolution to present their poster proposals.

This contest will be ruled by the following clauses and conditions, in order to guarantee that the acceptance of the pieces is made homogeneously.

1. PARTICIPANTS:

1.1. Are allowed to present their proposals, visual artists from 18 years old, of any nationality, excepted Venezuelan.
Only works of individual authorship, carried out from 2012 onwards, are accepted.

2. PERIOD AND PLACE OF PIECES RECEPTION:

2.1. Poster proposals may only be submitted via email in accordance with the requirements described in clause 5 of this call and here detailed.

2.2. The pieces should be sent to poster.venezuela@asambleadelospueblos.org  with the subject: “POSTERS CONTEST “WE ARE ALL VENEZUELA 2017”.

2.3. Applications will be received from the September 19 of 2017 to the October 09 of 2017 at 23: 00hrs São Paulo, Brazil (UTC-03: 00).

3. CONTEST MAIN THEME:

3.1. The postulated works must be related to the strategic objectives of the International Action Plan of Solidarity “WE ARE ALL VENEZUELA” and the International Assembly of Movements and Peoples’ Organizations:

3.1.1. International Solidarity with the Venezuelan people in the face of constant interventionist threats by US imperialism, president Trump and the international political forces of right wing, organized in parties, governments and media.

3.1.2. Our support for the Bolivarian Revolution, lighthouse of resistance and engine of great processes in the struggle for freedom and sovereignty of peoples.

3.1.3. Our support to the popular will of Venezuelan people that has chosen democraticly, the government or Presiden Nicolas Maduro and the National Constituent Assembly, leaded by Delcy Rodriguez.

4. PIECE PRESENTATION:

4.1. Each participant is allowed to send up to 5 poster proposals for the contest. Every posters will have to has this information:

4.2. The pieces will have to be send it in low quality (72DPI). After the pre-selection, the selected images will be requested in their original print format (A1 – 59,4 x 84,1cm).

4.3. The attached file should title lastname_name.pdf. The file won’t be The file cannot be more than 10Mb.

4.4. The digital presentation will be made by email and the participants must present:

4.4.1. Form with the personal information of the author of one sheet tops, which must have the following information, respecting the fields and the order described here, the form must be signed original:

a) Name and Last Name

b) ID/Passport

c) Birth Date

d) Address

e) Cell Phone

f) Email

g) Website (in case of having one)

h) Organization, Movement or Collective

i) Country

4.5. As an option it could be added a text of up to 250 words that conceptualizes the work and provides the information necessary for its correct understanding and how it relates to the objectives of the “WE ARE ALL VENEZUELA” campaign.

4.6. Optional: Professional background of one sheet tops, including the professional details of the artist, his career and studies.

5. CONSULTATIONS: All consultations must be made by the email detailed in Clause 2, without exception, with the subject: “CONSULTATIONS POSTER CONTEST WE ARE ALL VENEZUELA 2017”.

6. EVALUATION OF PROPOSALS:

6.1. An Evaluation Committee will be created by the Articulating Commission of the International Assembly of Movements and Organizations of the Peoples, with members of organizations from 30 countries.

6.2. The Committee will gather on 12-14 October to make the pre-selection of ten (10) pieces that will be integrated to the different artistic expressions of the campaign “WE ARE ALL VENEZUELA”

6.3. The Operative Secretariat will inform to all the participants, the preselection of works on October 25 of 2017.

* As the theme of the contest is part of the Plan of Action of the International Campaign “We are all Venezuela”, the proposal is for designers and artists from other countries of the world to make the poster as a form of homage and support to the Venezuelan people, the Bolivarian Revolution and the National Constituent Assembly.
